Training and Documentation
The Client Support training team provides training for staff on some administrative computer applications used by the University.
Our classroom training sessions are led by professional trainers and allow users to practice using University specific exercises.
Our online training is a self-paced alternative (or supplement) to our classroom training. It includes pdf and web-based documentation as well as Flash demos.

Additional Training Opportunities on Campus
Web Based Training if offered to faculty, staff, and students through SkillPort. Note: In order to use SkillPort, you must have the appropriate Java Runtime Environment installed on your computer. Download it now.
Teaching, Learning + Technology offers Blackboard training as well as other workshops to aid faculty in teaching with technology. Workshops are also available for students. Refer to their website for a list of workshops.
Human Resource Services offers many training and organizational development opportunities.
The Health Sciences Center Library offers a variety of classes at no charge. Refer to their website for a monthly schedule of classes.
The School of Professional Development (SPD) offers computer training classes and IT Certification programs (open to the public) at a cost to the user. CSEA members can use their tuition benefit voucher toward 2 classes in a one year period. Refer to their website for a list of classes.
