SUNY/SMRT
SUNY 1 & 2 and SMRT are used by department account managers to view State account allocation, expenditure and encumbrance balances. It is also used by staff to reconcile AEPC Visa card purchases.
Request an Account
An authorized individual such as an Account Director or Business Manager must send an email to SUNY SMRT Access@notes.cc.sunysb.edu. All requests must be writing. If you have a question call Client Support at 632-9800.
Password/Account Issues
If you have an account or password issue send an email to SUNY_SMRT_Access@notes.cc.sunysb.edu or call Client Support at 632-9800.
Use your Lotus Notes Internet Password to log into SMRT.
Your Lotus Notes INTERNET password may or may not be the same as your Lotus Notes password. If you do not know your Lotus Notes INTERNET password click here to for instructions on how to change it to something that you do know.
Installation
SUNY 1 and 2 are programs that must be installed on your computer in order for you to access account information and to reconcile VISA expenditures. If you have administrative rights on your computer you can download and install the software from the campus Softweb or you can call Client Support at 632-9800 and arrange for the software to be installed.
SMRT is a web-based system and does not require the installation of any special software. SMRT will eventually replace the SUNY 1 and 2 programs.
