Recommended Printers
Client Support has set up a list of recommended printers for business use. If you plan on using the printer for your use only, please reference local printers. If you plan on purchasing a computer for many employees to print to, please reference network printers.
When purchasing a Hewlett-Packard printer, be sure the model number you order has the appropriate letter after it. For example, if you want to buy a base printer that includes networking, make sure you select a model number with the letter "n" after it. HP's letter designations are as follows:
"n" - base printer that includes networking
"d" - includes duplex - automatic two-sided printing
"t" - base printer plus an additional paper tray
"x" - base printer plus networking, extra paper tray and duplexer for two-sided printing
