2007 Daylight Saving Time Change

"Spring forward, Fall back" is the famous phrase used to help us all remember how to adjust our clocks for daylight saving time (DST). Beginning in 2007, new dates are being followed for when DST goes into and out of effect. This is due to the passing of the Energy Policy Act of 2005. The new date’s push the clocks one hour forward on the second Sunday of March and one back on the first Sunday in November. This new schedule will affect Macs, Windows PC's & Blackberries, as well as programs like Lotus Notes.
